Being a stripper here in Las Vegas always has its perks, for sure. Sure, you make decent money while dancing for parties and what-have-you, but there are the other over-looked perks, too, such as becoming an expert previewer of every high-end hotel suite in Las Vegas! When you think about it, out-call strippers or escorts get more “hands-on” experience at more hotel rooms than anyone else in town! *drum hit*

The changes at The Palms Hotel and Casino, with the exception of the new condominium tower, are now complete. The last change in the process was the completion and opening of The Pearl on Saturday night, featuring a live performance by Gwen Stefani and appearances by a number of celebrities.

We’d promised some photos from the red carpet at the event. Unfortunately, the red carpet at this event was a staged area inside of the ballroom next to The Pearl and since we didn’t know that ahead of time we hadn’t requested proper press credentials, alas.

Gwen Stefani Opens The Pearl

The Maloofs know how to work it. One of biggest features of the recently expanded Palms Hotel and Casino is their live music venue they are calling “The Pearl.” Not a reference to the mysterious hatch in Lost, The Pearl is said to be – nay, hyped to be – one of the best places to experience live performances of music anywhere… ever.

From the photographs, The Pearl definitely looks like a great venue with some very unique, very special features.
