I’ve been so busy I’ve not been updating WLVS at all lately, sadly. That’s all about to change. The design is finally finished for our new look and we’ll finally have a proper design and recognizable brand here. I’ve just got to work the design into a WordPress theme and we’ll be all set. That having been said, I’ve been doing more and more traveling over the past few years and I plan to do even more. With that in mind I thought it would make a lot of sense to have a cool blog to post information for friends and the rest of the world to check out – sweet little places I’ve found – places you might not have heard of or would ever read about elsewhere but struck a chord with me for some reason – that sort of thing – and also to share my photographic take on interesting places.

So I was thinking about my inner wanderlust. Nick had had an expression about something slightly related back in the Fall that sort of stuck in my head and I played off of that to come up with Jet Lust-  wanderlust by way of airplane. As it turned out, JetLust.com was available so I registered that puppy and I’ve thrown up my first post on my new travel guides blog. I’m leaving the second week of April for a three week trip to France and the United Kingdom so there’ll be interesting stuff there very soon. For now, I’ve written an article about driving in foreign countries and the process to get an International Driver’s Permit. Some of you might find that useful on here, as well. Enjoy!
